Electronics-free apparatus for matching the output of two pumps
that operate with a break of flow between them.
Scope of the problem:
In pressure-free water purification it is important to provide a co-ordinating link between the feed pump and the delivery pump operation, and this is traditionally achieved by installing a collecting tank of a considerable size and volume. The capital cost of a collecting tank ranges from 20 to 40 % of the total cost of the water purification facility.
New technical solution:
Our innovative development makes it possible to exclude the collecting tank from the technological chain. The cost of the new device constitutes 1 to 3 % of the total cost of the water purification facility. Additional benefits of the new device include a smaller size water purification facility and reduced engineering time.
This innovation has been registered in the Ukraine and is available for patenting and licensing in other countries
